Love

The purpose for this photo was to capture the pain in love. I took a picture of me holding a rose a common symbol for love and then I had red representing blood coming off of my hand, from where I was holding the rose. I wanted to represent that sometimes holding on to a love or idea of love can leave you more damaged in the end. Love (the rose) looks beautiful from the outside but it can cause a lot of pain.
