 In this image I see a picture of a girls face enlarged to the point where you can only really see her nose and left eye. Then I see a tiny man attached to her face by a rope looking as if he is climbing her. I think this is more of an artistic image and that it is photoshopped.
When I look at this photograph I think it has to do with getting to know someone and how likewise to climbing a mountain it is hard and takes a lot of time to cover every part of someones life until you reach the top and you've learned all about that person.
The difference in scale is what reminds me so much of a mountain and a climber situation. The girl looks very big and in comparison the man looks very tiny, just like he would in comparison to a mountain.
